What it is.
A data capture and reporting platform for operations that run on log sheets and manual reporting. PDS log sheets are built to mirror your existing paper forms 1:1 — minimal retraining, maximum adoption. It replaces the spreadsheet layer, not your way of working. Management reporting is built in: no spreadsheet or database skills required.
What it is not.
Not an ERP. PDS does not replace integrated platforms such as SAP — it is purpose-built for operations that do not currently have, or do not require, that level of system integration. Stores/procurement systems, ERP integration and third-party BI integration sit outside standard scope and can be quoted separately.
